Frances Teng, MD, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Teng completed her medical degree at the UCSF School of Medicine and her residency at UCLA. Dr. Teng earned a bachelor of science, with honors, in biochemistry from Harvard University. Prior to joining HealthCare Partners in 1997, Dr. Teng was an obstetrician and gynecology instructor at UCLA-Olive View Medical Center in Sylmar, where she served a largely Spanish-speaking population. Dr. Teng likes to customize management op . Teng enjoys reading, hiking, and co-leading a Girl Scout troop. In addition to English, Dr. Teng speaks Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
